Referrals earn rewards.
Part 1 of 4
There is another way to generate revenue through HubPages.
It's our HubPages Referral Program, and it's extremely simple to use.
The Referral Program allows you generate ongoing revenue when you refer new writers to HubPages. By referring new users, you will be invested in their long-term success.
How does it work? You'll earn 10% of the ad impressions of the Hubs published by people you've referred to HubPages using your unique referral tracker (and that 10% comes out of our share, not theirs).
The more, high-quality writers you refer in, the greater your earning potential.
It's a revenue stream that can keep on growing. And here's how to make it start.

Your unique referral tracker is all you need.
Part 2 of 4
A specially-modified link does the trick.
All you have to do is insert your unique referral tracker into any HubPages URL (get your tracker from your URL Trackers link on your My Account page).
Tell your friends
The process for referring new users and tracking them in your account is simple.
- Anyone who clicks a HubPages link tagged with your unique URL tracker and that signs up becomes one of your referrals.
- A referral link is a HubPages URL with your unique referral tracker embedded in it. To get your unique referral tracker, go to the URL Trackers section on your My Account page.
- To create your referral link, you'll insert a slash, an underscore, and a unique referral tracker into the HubPages URL, right after the .com. For example, let's say your referral tracker is "signups" and you want to create a link to a Hub with the URL http//hubpages.com/hub/Seattle_Coffee_Shops. You would insert a slash, an underscore, followed by your unique tracker "signups" into the URL right after .com. The new link will read http://HubPages.com/_signups/hub/Seattle_Coffee_Shops.
Now you've got the link, where should you do with it?

Where do you get new referrals?
I never would have guessed it was so easy to make a Web page
Now that you've created a link, you'll want to let people know about it, along with a brief description about HubPages. Here's some sample text, along with the tracker:
Join HubPages, where you can write about the things you know and love—and even earn money! I love getting feedback from other writers on the site, too.
