If you’re planning to go to Boracay Island in the Philippines, surely you’re not only visiting there for the beautiful blue beaches and white sands, you also want to enjoy the awesome activities and adventures that await you in the island. There are water sports, land and marine adventures, air adventures and relaxation sprees. In this hub I’ve listed the top 25 activities and adventure packages that would make your stay in Boracay the most unforgettable and exciting one. Boracay has been listed in the World’s Most Popular Beaches by Yahoo and Traveler’s Choice 2011 as the second Best Beach in the World by TripAdvisor and many more polls for the top beaches in the world. Boracay is indeed one of the world’s most beautiful. Its marvelous white sand, crystal clear blue beaches, breathtaking views, high class hotels, hospitable people and very affordable accommodations will make you addicted to visit it over again. So here they are, the list of activities to do in Boracay and their prices. I’ve included the cost because I love my readers so much.
Top 25 Activities and Adventures to Do in Boracay
Island hopping is my top favorite. We all know that Boracay is around 7 kilometer long, it’s a dog-bone-shaped little island just touching the tip of Panay island. Means, there’s a lot to explore and cruise. Expect an unforgettable sightseeing by cruising on local Bangka boats. Check out the nearby beaches and resorts, also some islets nearby. I’m addicted to island hopping, FYI, the Philippines has around 7,107 islands. How much is the island hopping package? If you’re in groups, lucky for you coz they charge P2000 (48 USD) per 6 persons so it’ll cost P333 or 8 USD per person Plus P200 (5 USD) entrance fee per person. Package also offers seafood lunch with beer and softdrinks that charge separately. Island hopping is usually up to three hours.
Usually, when you took an island hopping package, it includes snorkeling, too. If you didn’t, snorkeling cost around P150 (4 USD). You can find these activities anywhere in the white sand beaches of Bora.
There are different scuba diving packages to enjoy in Boracay for beginners or expert divers.
- Fun Dive – P1,600 or 38 USD With this scuba dive, you can explore many locations in Boracay like ship wrecks, deep dives, drift dives, night dives and many more.
- Open Water – P20,000 or 476 USD This takes 3-4 days and includes all materials and dives. You can get your scuba certificate with this scuba diving package.
- Discover Scuba – P3,000 or 72 USD With this, you’ll learn how to use scuba equipment in shallow water and learn the basics and introduction of scuba diving. It takes 3-4 hours and includes 1 dive.
A Paraw is a small boat native in the Philippines. Paraw sailing is one of the most popular water sports in Boracay Island. It’s usually compared to windsailing as they’re a bit similar. One of my top favorite activities in Boracay, too because it’s a lot of fun. If you love to chillax, have a speed adventure, enjoy the blue water, the sun, and the wind, Paraw sailing is a perfect wind sailing escapade for you. How much for this activity? They usually charge P500 or 12 USD for an hour of sailing. The boat is ideal to 2-6 people may be rented with or without the two-man crew, depending on your sailing skills.
Windsurfing and Kitesurfing
Surfing the perfect Boracay waves by windsurfing and kitesurfing. This is much extreme so you must consider the wind and wave conditions which are fine during the months of December until February. You can find windsurfing and kitesurfing lessons in the shores of Station 2. The Bulabog Beach is famous for this kind of activities, too. I asked how much for a lesson. It costs around P19,000 as you need professionals to wind surf and kite surf. Awesome! When we went to Bora, there was a typhoon, but that didn’t stop the extreme adventure lovers to do windsurfing and kitesurfing.
Waterskiing and Jet Skiing
Who can miss water ski and jet ski adventures? As of 2011, waterskiing costs around P1,000 or 24 USD and usually takes about 15 minutes. While jet ski costs P1,500 or 36 USD for 30 minutes.
Glass Bottom Boat
If you don’t know how to swim, this activity is perfect for you. Have an exciting 2-hour trip to discover the coral reefs of Boracay. You’ll see the underwater world without getting wet thru the glass bottom boats. Children can surely enjoy this. This package usually includes drinks and snacks. How much? P650 for adults and P300 for children 5 years old and below.
Who can miss the Banana Boat y’all? With just P200 or 5 USD each person, you can enjoy one amazing ride with your friends. This is one hell of excitement!
Tornado Jet Boat
Oh wow, if you loved the banana boat ride, this is more awesome I tell you. It’s not tornado jet boat for any reason. Feel the adrenaline rush and extreme water ride with this super fast jet boat that can twirl you around 360 degrees. Rip up the blue ocean and fantastic waves of Boracay riding this jet boat with your friends. Just don’t forget to hold on tight, ok. Have the time of your life for a 15 minute-ride. How much? P1,500 each.
Cliff Jumping and lots of fun at Ariel’s Point
If you wanna save money and time, this is the best option and package to take on your Boracay tour. Because it’s an half-day expedition to an amazing nature in Buruanga. It comes with a 30-minute boat ride from Boracay island’s white beach, breathtaking cliff jumping, snorkeling, swimming, buffet lunch with unlimited drinks, delicious bbq and many more. That’s a lot of activities in a half-day already right? How much? For only P1,400 each person you can have all those exciting activities in one.

Enjoy an awesome rides to buggy cars while driving along the other parts of Boracay. I love this than Go-carts.
Why not race with your friends with these go-carts for only P800 each, you can enjoy accelerating to the finish line with this awesome ride.
Get inked once in while for tattoos sake. LOL Have henna tats with your friends. Express yourself in a new way. Henna tattoos in Boracay are so artistic and so cheap. Ranging from P 80 to P 350 you could have an awesome tattoo that will stay with you in 2 weeks.
Have a cozy romantic moment by having a sunset cruise in Boracay. Have the best view of Boracay sunset while rocking a party with amazing music, stunning fire dancing, bottomless beer and rum with your love ones. What more can you ask for? How much? For only P1,200 per person, you can have an unforgettable sunset moments in Bora. Pick up time is every 4pm.
Of course I’m not gonna forget to include the most grandiose treat in Boracay in my list of best activities, the helicopter ride. This is intended for 2 persons per ride so perfect for a romantic rendezvous.
- Beach Tour Helicopter Ride – this is a ten-minute tour of the White Beach side of Bora. You’ll fly and see a fantastic view of the island with a great chance to take magnificent photos too. Price is P3,500 per person. Worth the heaven feeling.
- Island Tour Helicopter Ride – this is a fifteen-minute tour of the entire island. Wow! I wish they’ll make it half an hour. With this you’ll fly over Bulabog Beach, Puka Shell, Diniwid Beach, the White Beach, and Tambisan Reef. Yup, yup you should be bringing your camera. How much will it cost for a ride? P5,300 each person.
Why don’t you have a luxury sailing and cruise 2 hours on the incredible waters of Boracay, breathe the fresh cool breeze, sail on yacht sipping cocktail drinks, rocking with the music while exploring the beautiful Boracay with your friends or with your lovey dovey sweetheart.
