With turquoise waters and powder white sand, the Caribbean is THE definition of paradise. It is a fact that no matter what Caribbean island that you visit, you will walk away with a new appreciation for this wonderful planet that we live on. With over 7000 different islands that make up the Caribbean that spans over 2500 square miles, needless to say that although beautiful, some islands are better than others.

There are certain criteria that one should consider when choosing the “Best Caribbean Vacation Destinations”, those things can vary from person to person, but can include the most affordable destination, best beaches, and best vacation spot for families, best honeymoon destination, and the list goes on.

For those seeking an affordable yet fulfilling vacation experience, Jamaica is at the top of the list. Scattered all along the island’s coast, there are a plethora of all-inclusive resorts that literally can provide all your vacation needs and necessities for an affordable price. Those on a budget can really take advantage of the all-inclusive experience because hotels that offer this option tend to be located on a beautiful beach with a breathtaking view. Additionally, all meals, drinks (both and non-alcoholic), non-motorized water sports, and tips and gratuities are included within the price of the vacation package. With this convenience, a person can “leave their wallet at home” so to speak because with the exception of souvenirs for those back at home, there really isn’t a need to spend any additional money. Websites like Cheap Caribbean, Bookit, and All Inclusive Outlet regularly offer low-price vacation packages for as low as $299 for a 3 night all-Inclusive vacation package.

For beautiful beaches, you can’t go wrong with Antigua because there is literally a beach for every day of the year, 365 to be exact. This island tends to attract couples as there are many resorts on the island geared to provide a romantic vibe for its guests.

Arubais another highly recommended Caribbean vacation destination, but, it is also one of the more luxurious and expensive islands to stay on in the Caribbean, but the cost is more than worth it.

Other notable Caribbean islands worth a visit include the Dominican Republic, the Cayman Islands, and the United States Virgin Islands.
