The Soledad Suites' location is very ideal because it lies in the heart of Tagbilaran City, amidst establishments and other businesses. With its location right smack in the middle of everything hailing a cab won't be much of a problem.
In addition, any guest need not worry about not catching their flight on time because the Bohol airport is just a few minutes away. The hotel also provides shuttle service to and from the airport.
Food at this hotel is good and the prices including room service is reasonable enough. The polite staff will even go out of their way to cook up something requested even if it is not in the menu to please the guest. This is something that one would not readily find in other hotels. Soledad has a small own dining and cafe in the ground floor and while the food choices are limited, the food tastes okay.
Everyone is courteous and helpful without being intrusive. One can sense the real and honest hospitality of Boholanos. This place is really worth-recommending and one that Bohol should be proud of.
At that time there still no pool in this hotel which is understandable considering that space can be an issue because it is in the center of the city. Nevertheless, if one wants to enjoy the water and sand of Bohol, one can easily go to Panglao island.

A night's stay in Soledad Suites would cost between P1,500 - P3,500 (USD $35 - $85), while a days worth of meals could set you back at P900 (USD $20)at current prices.
The hotel did not have pool amenities at the time of writing and one would be a great addition, so are accommodations with double king size beds.

Note that Soledad Suites is on the main island of Bohol, and not in the resort island of Panglao. Make reservations by calling the hotel's front desk at least a day ahead of arrival time. It is one of those palces that do not require a down payment and with such short notice, a rare find indeed. The staff is prompt, accommodating, and courteous. Confirmation of the reservation is done through email. Soledad Suites also offer airport transfers.
