Family Oriented

Owned and operated by Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, Disney Cruise Line is an American owned cruise line that has a variety of theme cruises for all ages. Disney Magic , Disney Wonder, and the newest ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet, the Disney Dream , are the current ships in operation.

While most cruise lines focus on adults, Disney Cruise Line is family oriented and suitable for children of all ages. Disney introduced many new concepts to the cruise ship industry, many that have been implemented by other well known cruise lines. One concept that large cruise lines have tried to do is give their ships more of a family atmosphere by including kid specific areas on board. Other cruise line firsts started by Disney Cruise Line include: large balcony staterooms and tubs in each stateroom.
