Enchanted Kingdom Philippines – Celebrate a Magical Tour with the Most Affordable Entrance Fee Rates

Updated on February 6, 2012

Enchanted Kingdom is one of the hottest hangouts and destinations of spending the best holidays and tours in the Philippines. Every year and this year 2011, it’s always amongst the top places to visit in the country. The rates are so affordable, almost cheap for you if your currency is other than peso. Promos and group packages could save a lot with a big bonus of enchantment and breathtaking rides. The famous Walt Disney inspired theme park is along Sta. Rosa Laguna, Philippines.

As the company says, ‘the magic is here!’ so don’t miss the chance of sorting your schedule and celebrate the magic at Enchanted Kingdom. The entrance fee tickets for regular rides and unlimited rides are still the same as from before. Individual tickets cost 400 pesos for regular days and 500 pesos for the weekend rates. With this you can already enjoy an awesome unlimited use of the amusement park’s rides and amenity activities like the Space Shuttle, Jungle Logjam, Swan Lake, Up, Up and Away, Roller Skater, Dodgem, the newly launched EKstreme Tower Ride, Wheel of Fate, Anchors Away, Bump ‘n Splash, Rialto Theater, Rio Grande Rapids, Flying Fiesta, Grand Carousel, Bumbling Boulders, Boulderville, Stone Eggs and Dinosaurs and many more. Groupie packages such as school fieldtrips get generous discounts. Kids who are between 36” to 47” in height could ride everything with a ticket of 250 pesos during weekdays and 320 for the weekends. Children below 35” are of course free. Seniors by the way have twenty percent discounts off the entrance fees. Just let them bring their IDs.

The Magic Lives on at Enchanted Kingdom

Who says I have to go to Hong Kong Disney’s to experience magic. Yup, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and their friends could bring a different kind of childhood magic. The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions didn’t list Enchanted Kingdom for no reason. It has been proven many times, just seeing Eldar, (EK’s wizard) magic is not only for kids. Your barkada (friends) could have an unforgettable day just by riding the newly launched EKstreme Tower Ride. Just hold your breath ok. Lovers and couples could have a colorful adventure and sweet escapade from morning till midnight. The fireworks at midnight would complete all your day’s spectacular experience. Vintage lovers like me could have a great time and could list Brooklyn Place, Portabello and Boulderville among their favorites. I dunno if you have visited this amazing amusement park already but like any other travel destination, nothing yet has ever made me that frenzied and hungry. I could have tried all the foods in there dear Lord. I can’t remember how many scoops of ice cream I’ve had or how many pizza, tacos and hotdogs have brought my energy back. lol In times like this, don’t mind the tickets and entrance fees. You should just bring enough money for your cravings. After all, it’s a moment you will never forget.

The Wheel of Fate
The Wheel of Fate

This is the Wheel of Fate. From the name itself it’s a wheel of chance to be hundreds of feet above the ground see the beautiful green Laguna. It’s also amazing to be at the top at nights because you’ll have an amazing view of the whole Enchanted Kingdom with the astonishing lights and angles. It’s a wheel of fate, too to those who propose to their lovers at the exact top. How romantic! I love the cozy atmosphere in that ride. Afraid of heights? Come on, what’s a once in a lifetime dare!

In the photo, the Rialto Theater. One of my fave here. I love movies and 3D and 4D aren’t what I’m looking for. I want to be in the movie without wearing those glasses as I move along with the every action and scene to whatever is showing. This is an awesome simulator theater!

Going to Enchanted Kingdom Tips

The famous theme park is about 16 miles away from Manila, approximately two hours trip from the metro to reach Sta. Rosa Laguna. I recommend buying tickets earlier before going to Enchanted Kingdom. They accept reservations too if you prefer it. It’s also better to arrive there in the morning to enjoy all the rides and the theme park activities. Once it’s afternoon, too many people are there already so it means long lines for every rides. You don’t wanna end up going home without riding your favorite Roller Coasters, Space Shuttles and Rio Grande right? The park closes around nine pm after the stunning fireworks display. Remember you can’t bring foods inside the amusement park so bring extra money with you coz you’ll be worn out for sure. Bring extra shirts and don’t forget your dear camera.

Keep the Enchanted Kingdom Map

Have the lovely map of EK. They always give free maps at the entrance. This will help you know where you are and where you’re going. I recommend, have your kids keep their own maps, too and tell them in case they’re lost, meet them in a specific place you chose like the Grand Carousel or outside Rialto Theater. . Mark that on the map. Better to be safe.

Hotels near Enchanted Kingdom

After the whole day of magic and extreme fun, sometimes you don’t have the energy anymore to go back to Manila or go back home so you must check in a hotel near Enchanted Kingdom in Laguna. Close hotels to the amusement park like El Cielito Inn in Sta. Rosa can be found along the way. Or if you want, check in Splash Island, another famous holiday attraction in Laguna.
