Faroe Island

Some people said, “Love at the first sight”. So, what do you think about this island for the first time? Do you think this island was inhabited by the Hobbits and Elves from "The Lord of the Rings". The Faroe Islands itself is a group of islands situated between the Norwegian Sea and the North Atlantic Ocean, approximately halfway between Scotland and Iceland (in the heart of the Gulf Stream in the North Atlantic at 62°00’N). This island also situated in the territory within the Kingdom of Denmark, along with Denmark proper and Greenland. Faros Island consist about 18 islands 1399 km2 (545.3 square miles) and is 113 km (70 miles) long and 75 km (47 miles) wide. Most of 1100 km is a coastline. The weather is quite changeable from sunshine to misty hill fog, to showers. The average temperature ranges from 3°C in winter to 11°C in the summer. Faroe Island is like the real house with beautiful and dramatic scenery from the volcanic peak, even ocean waves hitting the rocky coastline. The island is really quite magical and mysterious with a landscape that makes us drifted into the fantasy than the real world.

Neuschwanstein Castle, Germany

A fairy tale is always identical with castle. This was a place where a king and queen lived. This castle is located on a rugged hill above the village of Hohenschwangau near Füssen in southwest Bavaria, Germany. Neuschwanstein itself is one of the most famous castles of the world and one of the most popular of all the palaces and castles in Europe it was built and created by King Ludwig of Bavaria. Neuschwanstein castle was opened to the public in 1886, seven weeks after the death of King Ludwig II. Many people called this, "the castle of the fairy-tale king". We can see breathtaking scenery from here, because this castle is perched on a rock in front of the Allgäu mountain panorama. That’s why many tourists come to this place. About 1.3 million people visit this castle every year and about 6,000 visitors a day stream through rooms in the summer.

Cappadocia, Turkey

Did you remember Aladdin story? The story begun when a young troublemaker named Aladdin found a wonderful lamp. When he rubbed the lamp and a huge person appeared, he was a genie. The story ended with happy ending, where Aladdin and Jasmine lived in the palace happily forever.

To remind us about the Aladdin story, there’s a beautiful place in Turkey. It called Cappadocia. It is a unique place in the world and is a miraculous nature wonder. Cappadocia is located in Central Anatolia, largely in Nevşehir Province. This place recorded earliest from the late 6th century BC. At that time the first human settlements have begun and the humans have constructed the underground cities in the volcanic rocks. They did this to protect themselves from the wild animals and they lived for long times at this place. The people called this underground city. Actually there are so many underground cities Cappadocia (Turkey), but the biggest is Derinkuyu Underground City. Some of the rooms were connected to each other only with the tight tunnels, passing of just one person. This area is popular for tourist destination, it has many areas with unique geological, historic and cultural features. The biggest reason why they love to visit Cappadocia is because of the uniqueness of topography.

Kyoto Bamboo Forest

The background of this forest like what we have seen in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon or House of Flying Daggers movie. This forest is an example of the hundreds of magnificent forests in Southeast Asia. Bamboo has an important role in Asian culture as a symbol of longevity in China, a symbol of friendship in India and Japan, many Shinto Temples surrounded by bamboo forests. We can see another function of bamboo as a sacred barrier to against evil spirits. This time we talk about the Sagano Bamboo Grove. This forest is located in the Sagano Arashiyama area of Kyoto (about 25 minutes from central Kyoto). What can we see here? We can see a beautiful forest with a path through its heart. It is located right beside Tenryuji (Zen Temple) as a world heritage and Arashiyama Mountain as a backdrop. This place is nice walk or bicycle ride. The bamboo groves make a nice for walk or bicycle ride. This bamboo was particularly attractive when there is a light wind and the tall bamboo stalks sway gently.

Aye you've done another beauty pras. Super my friend. I lived in Denmark for awhile and the archeologists with us did some excavating in Odense. First find was a skull at 12 feet. Still have that first pic. The little mermaid all of it. Awed by the Faroes pics. The German castles OK but once you've seen a couple, well, they're cool. Your the best at this type of article on here--Tack and thank you pras!
