Homes for Sale Scottsdale

Scottsdale Arizona Homes for Sale by Zip Code - Examples

Scottsdale Arizona is essentially an affluent suburb in the North East part of Phoenix Arizona. Having spent a fair amount of time in Scottsdale myself I’ve grown to appreciate its appeal compared to the rest of the Phoenix Valley. Scottsdale is further subdivided into four areas: South Scottsdale, OldTown (My favorite area to visit), Central, and the more affluent North Scottsdale.

As you consider homes for sale in Scottsdale Arizona you should note that you’ll pay a heavy premium to be in this area of affluence. Similar homes in other parts of the valley will sell for considerably less. While it’s not my intention here to really delve into the area from a visitor’s perspective, more information is readily available online. My interest here is merely to point out some of the inventory that is available via a photo essay and the types of homes you can expect to find by varying price points. I am intentionally excluding condominiums, townhomes, and rental properties to focus on single family residences.
