On our Way
This October I will celebrate my 30th wedding anniversary with my wife. She's been so good to me and for me over the years. She's never asked anything for herself, but has mentioned frequently how much she would like to see Alaska. I'm certainly not complaining, but a trip to Alaska would financially be impossible for us. Still, for years I prayed that God would somehow grant her request.
We'll be leaving this Saturday. The answer to my prayer came through my daughter and her husband. They decided to send us both to Alaska for a vacation to celebrate our 30 years together. I would have never thought something like this could happen. I guess my faith really is rather weak, but I praise God for an early anniversary gift.
We are now in the process of packing, etc. I may not be writing a lot over the next two weeks, but I will have a 17 hour plane trip to do some things. Hopefully, I'll get back to Part 5 of my series Is the Bible Really the Word of God? soon.
To all of you--have a wonderful two weeks. See ya soon.
