Photo Tour of New York City Part 3

Part Three of the Photo Tour

As an Architecture student living in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania I had the opportunity to go to New York City in order to view different locations. During the scenic event, I was captivated by the numerous buildings, the hustle and the bustle, and the entire city lifestyle NYC offered.

Times Square

When ever anyone thinks of New York City, they automatically recognize Times Square. Times Square was given the name in 1904. Originally named Longacre Square, this hot spot located between 42nd Street and 47 Street is home to some of the most popular locations New York City has to offer. Times Square was named as the world's most toured attraction and is home to several news companies, MTV, and many famous hotels and restaurants. There are also numerous stores in this location, which makes visiting this location much more fun and eventful. Thousands of individuals from all over the country gather in Times Square to celebrate New Years with the ball drop event, which occurs annually.
