Sofitel Taba Heights Hotel - Egypt Reviews

Well I can only start by saying one thing about my visit to Sofitel Taba Heights Hotel - What a great holiday me and the family had there. We had been saving to visit Egypt for a couple of years and it was somewhere that I had always wanted to go. My expectation were quite high and I was really worried about getting there and being dissapointed. Sofitel Taba is an all inclusive family friendly hotel in the Taba Heights which is along the Red Sea. There was a good variety of food served in the restaurants although some of us did suffer a dodgy stomach, which is not unusual when visiting egypt. Breakfast lunch and dinner was supplied and the food was really tasty.

There were 3 swimming pools in total, one of which was a salt water swimming pool. There was also whirlpools and a large pool area that was set in some beautiful gardens. The whirlpools were great!  During the daytime there were lots of activities available to us, although most of the time we just chilled out around the pool and the bar areas. If you wanted to there were tennis courts available, aerobics, volleyball, gym and table tennis - enough for us. There is also a childrens club so that you can relax whilst your children are enjoying themselves. The childrens club was available to kids from 4-12 years old.  The snorkeling and the water sports was also pretty cool.

I had a massage on the 2nd week which was great and really cheap in comparison to what I would pay for one at home... I wished I had of went there in the first week and that way I would have probably been able to squeeze another one in!

The rooms were good and the location was brilliant.  We had a room with a sea view which was absolutely beautiful! You have everything in your room that you need, including a phone, satellite television, air conditioning (very important) and a hair dryer!

I wouldn't think twice about going back. It was really a great holiday.
