Balmoral Beach Sydney

Sydney Attractions-When we talk about Sydney, we about a city that has got some really beautiful places to see, visit and enjoy. For instance if we look at Balmoral which is on the lower northern shoreline of Sydney it is a magnificent place to visit and enjoy both the beaches and the beautiful restaurants. The now world renown Beachhouse Restaurant at the old pavilion site at Balmoral Beach is one.

The BeachHouse is an exceptional restaurant may would say say six stars. The food, ambiance views and service go to make a visit there truly memorable. I had the honour and privilege during the Sydney Olympics in 2000 to take several dignitaries from overseas there. One of whom had just been on a world wide cruise on the Queen Elizabeth 2 cruise ship. He said the Beach House restaurant is probable the best restaurant he had ever visited.

As well the area is full of beautiful shops in Mosman the next Suburb. Mosman is considered the place to live in Sydney if you can afford the real estate which is right up there in price.

The lower North Shore is a great location to stay if you visit Sydney. For instance it allows you to get to the CBD and the main attractions within minutes. For instance the Mosman Ferry gets you on a pleasant Ferry ride to Circular Quay in the city of Sydney within 20 minutes. There you are only two minutes from the World famous Sydney Opera House and Minutes to the historic rocks area which has beautiful shops and restaurants and very up Market hotels.

You have the option to catch a bus or train or ferry from Circular Quay to any where you want to go in Sydney and beyond.

The Eastern suburbs of Sydney are also sought after locations for their shopping restaurants. and Cosmopolitan Living. Double Bay (nicknamed double-pay)has long been a hub for designer shopping such as Louis Vuitton, Prada, Dunhill, Designer swiss Watches...you get the drift. Also it contains mainly outdoor french style cafes where you can sip coffee and watch the beautiful people walk by. Paddington is renowned for its bohemian feel notorious for it's quirky fashion and collection of book and antique shops.
