Quantum of the Seas Entertainment
Welcome to the future of cruising! This is the most technologically advanced ship in the world. With robotic bartenders, smart check in and more, makes Quantum of the Seas, the smartest ship ever constructed. Introducing Royal Caribbean's newest...Quantum of the Seas!
There are a lot of things to cover when it comes to the brand new Quantum of the Seas. Here are the top four attractions according to, well...me.
Our Company, Atlas Cruises and Tours was lucky enough to go on the Media Inaugural Sailing out of New York and we were able to shoot some videos of the ship. These are some of the first clips to come out of this brand new ship from Royal Caribbean.
Two70 is a trans-formative experience unlike any other you've ever seen on land or at sea. During the day, a beautiful 270 degree view of the ocean in all of its majesty. A place to go and eat some food and get some drinks and enjoy the company of others. By Night though, it is a mind inducing experience like nothing you have ever experienced. Using projection screens and high def, futuristic technology, shows such as Starwater and Vistarama come to life transforming those windows into scenes you would never expect to seE at seA!
Ripcord by iFly
Having been an attraction that has been land based in the past, Ripcord brings its incredible skydiving simulator to life on Quantum of the Seas, and for the first time ever on any cruise ship. You'll go through a 10 minute class to teach you the different commands for what to do once inside the tube, but once you're in you are literally flying! The tube is propelled by a giant fan that will literally blow the hair off of your head!
For the most incredible view of the ocean that you have ever seen, you'll want to hop on the North Star. An extendable arm like contraption takes passengers 300 feet above sea level. That is almost double the distance that you are on deck on a cruise ship. When you are at the height of your ascent you will have a full 360 degree view of nothing but mother nature and the most technologically advanced ship in the world!
This Body boarding and Surfing simulator is sure to be a hit on the newest from Royal. Flow Rider like Ripcord has had success on land and is now taking its talents to the seas. Water pressure flows heavily toward you, recreating the feeling of riding on a wave and bringing a thrill on board. It is a lot of fun and is definitely recommended for people seeking an onboard thrill.
A-Z's of Quantum of the Seas
We were very lucky to be invited as one of the first guests on Quantum and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have a wonderful cruise experience. There is something for everyone. The kids will love the DreamWorks experience and Xbox One Lounge. The Teenagers and Young at heart will have an amazing experience on Flow Rider and Ripcord, and Mom and Dad will enjoy all the dining and spa experiences. When it's all said and done, everyone will enjoy Two70 at the end of the night because it is a trans-formative experience that will literally redefine the cruising experience.
