The Beauty of Jiuzhaigou Valley

It’s been a long time I never write a hub until this day. After more than a week I gave mentoring to my student for their final test. With good news they all pass the exam with good marks. Today I am back with a travel topic. This is the most interesting topic among other topics like health topic. If we talk about Asia, actually there are many beautiful places in Asia. I wouldn’t mention these one by one. But I will introduce one of the best tourism places in China, beside The Great Wall and other beautiful tourism places in China. I believe not all of us knew this place. Hubpages gave me many chances to write about this place and introduce amazing place to all of you. Let me introduce to all of you about one of the most beautiful valley in Asia. This valley is like in heaven, where everything looks naturally, green and full with color.

This is Jiuzhaigou Valley or “Nine Stockades Gully”. This valley is located in Tibetan and Autonomous District, northern Sichuan province, China. This source was taken from www.wikipedia.org. Jiuzhaigou Valley itself is a national park in Sichuan, China. The exactly place is in Nanping, about 450 km north of Chengdu City. This name was taken from the existence of nine Tibetan villages. Jiuzhaigou Valley was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1992.

Jiuzhaigou Valley as a national park has an area of 72,000 hectares in the northern province of Sichuan, and it has a height about 4800 meters. This valley has variety of forest ecosystems. Things that make this place as a place of research is the presence of about 140 species of birds, rare plants and rare animals like the Panda. Most people said that there is no other place like a fairy tale or the purity of nature such as Jiuzhaigou Valley. Jiuzhaigou is a natural masterpiece with abundant natural resources. It combines the blue lakes, green forests, waterfalls, snow-capped mountains, and the most interest things is folk customs of the Tibetan and Qiang peoples.

This place also called as Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area. Jiuzhaigou Valley also covered an area of more than 600 square miles, including others valleys like the Valley Shuzheng, Rize Valley, Valley and Valley Zechawa Zharu. Based on the history, there’s a local legend behind the formation of this valley. It was said, there was a Mountain God namely Semo who love other Goddess who has name Dago. As the appreciation to her beloved, Semo gives a mirror made of wind and clouds. But suddenly, the Devils appear and he makes a trouble. Unintentionally, Semo break the mirror into 108 parts. The mirror fell to earth and then formed about 108 colorful lakes. This is one thing why Jiuzhaigou Valley has beautiful scenery, including wonderful lakes.

From the picture, we can see how this valley so beautiful. Mirror Lake is one of the many colorful lakes in Jiuzhaigou Valley. There’s special thing in this valley, because of the existence of Pearl Waterfall. Pearl Waterfall itself is one of the many multi-level waterfalls in Jiuzhaigou Valley. Other beautiful sceneries come from Five Flower Lake and Panda Lake. We can see from the clear water. Personally, I really impressed with all stunning picture. God has role to make this so beautiful. It’s like a hidden treasure of the world.
