Hello BarefootFoodie! Most definitely the food at Kashmir is fusion of all that and I've tried some of it (thru a friend) and it's something I really love. Truly, if you want to try the cuisine, it is worth looking forward to, but don't say I didn't warn you. Thanks!

Beautiful pictures! I would be interested to try the food. I would assume that it would be an amalgamation of Indian, Mid-East, and Mongolian styles. Yum.
