Flying To Perth

Perth Airport

Most people will arrive in Perth by plane as it is a long trip on the bus or train yet worth doing by road if you have the time. . I have been over from the east twice by car as well as a couple of times by plane .

I loved the trip across the nullabor by car especially our last trip here with the 4 wheel drive and caravan as it is an amazing experience driving on the Nullabour and plenty to explore along the way .

It would be an experience doing the trip by train across the country seeing the countryside .

It is only about a 4 hour enjoyable trip from Sydney and you can get flights from Sydney to Perth from $150 , the same to return or you might want to fly elsewhere .

Getting to and from the airport is easy as there is a good bus service as well as shuttle services and car hire so you are well looked after.

Perth airport is only about 25-35 minutes from the city and there are buses, airport shuttles etc.

I have only ever visited Perth in the winter, so associate it with rain not sun! But it is an interesting little city to visit, and I especially love Kings Park and the zoo.
