Which country in Asia have you visited?

Which country do you consider the best to visit in Asia?  Do you visit because of work or leisure?

I have visited India, Thailand, and Philippines where I am here right now. I visited India as a leisure trip.
But according to my friend's comment, Singapore would be the Best, which I am considering to be my next destination. Thailand is also cool place to be there....if you like spicy food.(???_+). go ahead. you would have fun.

I have been to many Asian countries, because I'm basically located in Asia and born here....

Some of my favourite Asian cities: http://hubpages.com/hub/Top-5-Favourite … avelled-To

And the most recent addition would be Seoul: http://hubpages.com/hub/Seoul-SouthKorea

i travel for leisure to thailand and indonesia. i travel for work to other part or asia. all i can say, it's good to be in asia for their different cultures, nice to experience. it's hard to pick which asia country is the best though, depending on your preference.

I currently live in the United States but grew up in Thailand.  I've visited Hong Kong, Japan, China, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia.  When I'm in Asia these days, it's definitely for leisure purposes.

So far I've been to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India, and Jordan (Jordan is in Asia, though you may be thinking Eastern Asia). I would have to say Thailand is my favourite, but I am biased - it's the home of my girlfriend.

I have been to Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand, but I would say that the best southeast country to visit is Burma. I have not been there but one of my students was from Burma and she claimed that her country far outdid Thailand. She had the opportunity to see her country because her father, as a graduation gift, brought her on a private tour. The roads were awful but the sights were magnificent. It is very hard to visit Burma - visas etc. My husband did go and he agreed with my student that Burma was the best.
