    I'm sure there would be a way to survive without eating the endangered species like fishing, hunting for grubs or produce, or more. As a vegetarian, I'd rather not kill the endangered species, but if I was able to ensure the strength of the species before killing, I might!

    If you are stranded on a desert island, doesn't that, by default, make you an endangered species? I say cook 'em up, lest they eat me.

    If there was nothing else to eat to survive then I might - however hopefully I could catch some fish if on an Island & some kind of plants to go with it or fruit !
