Have any readers at Hubpages had a negative experience with reservations?

I recently booked a room on for 3 people, but was assigned an accessible room with only one bed. There is not room for 3 adults and certainly not for a crib containing my 7 month old granddaughter. Now I am being told I received a "Hot Rate" and cannot cancel the reservation. To me, this is a breach of contract. Have any others at Hubpages had such an experience? If so, what would you recommend I do? I have the name of the VP/Hotels, Nick Graham and also the address, 655 Montgomery Street, San Francisco, CA 94111. Thanks in advance!
