A lot of sales jobs include travelling, so do buying jobs for big retailers.  You could also do IT contracting work with foreign companies.

There are several jobs in Korea that involve animals and travelling hmm

Probably the Best Paid of them would be Pizza Delivery.

Specifically what exactly are you researching? hmm

There are several Volunteer Jobs around the globe. Usually they give you a small amount of money monthly just for the basic needs plus accommodation and meal.
You can enjoy feeding baby lions in Africa, working in rice fields in China or even teaching english for kids in Israel.

A thought just occurred to me, as I have asked the same question many times myself. Mediation? Maybe not. The post provided the inspiration, and I have no qualifications in health, IT or sales. Just law.
