Thanks snakeslane. Never heard of Leonard Cohen. Very solid talent… ahead of his time, I would say… born in 1934!

Here's an interesting question... or maybe just to me.
Why is it that so many ppl think that the songs from their youth were the best? It's like hairstyles, most ppl end up sporting the same 'do as the one in their high school photos.

I loved Billy Joel when I was a kid, Whitney Houston as a teen and had a lot of favorites that you've never heard of, but that's not what I listen to now. I love current music. I know we all love to reminisce etc. but do y'all feel like your tastes have broadened over the years or are you content with just one generation's music?

Back in the day, some friends and I walked past the security guards at a little club where they were playing. The guards didn't say a word.
Needless to say, we were blown away by the show.

That was fun. I saw her at my store once. She frequents it I am told. I wondered why a little crowd had gathered and there she was... super tiny. I wouldn't have recognized her at all. Just a little blond girl. Funny.

Apparently a lot of people that we see on screen are tiny in real life. Go figure.
