I'm a mom who wants to teach my daughter (and whoever will listen ;)) about how important nutrition is. I'm also a registered nurse, a health coach, bootcamp instructor, and nurse practitioner student. It's not just important to "lose weight" and if you're not overweight that doesn't mean you should just eat things full of fat and sugar. Eating healthy is a way of LIFE - to ensure you are able to enjoy every part of it! I used to think it was too expensive, it didn't taste as good, and I just didn't know much about it. I have found that it is cheaper, it tastes amazing and it's fun and interesting!
