I am an scientist, student, and father of two. I work full-time as an evironmental scientist and work primarily on a groundwater remediation project. Prior to working with water I was a housing contractor and specialized in remodel work. I am also a former high school science teacher. Besides rangling kids I also taught biology, chemistry, and physical science.
I have a Bachelor's in biology with a minor in chemistry and am working on my Master's in Environmental Science. I love the outdoors and am an avid fisherman and hunter as well as backpacker. Furthermore, I am the father of two super-awesome kids. And I live with them and my wife in the one stoplight town of Greenwood, Delaware.
I have been writing since 2007 for both online and in print projects covering science, DIY, environmental and housing topics.
