I am a full time Corporate Trainer and an ESL teacher in my spare time. I enjoy taking long walks, cycling, reading about health, self-development and sci-fi. I love watching movies and tv series (old and new ones).
I have read countless (and continue to do so) of books, listened to hundreds of audio-books and podcasts, watched thousands of you-tubers and, from each one, I have learned different things, sometimes subtle differences in perspectives, some other times completely opposed. They have all inspired me, some have motivated me to accept the challenge and embrace it, some just sounded good, but not compelling enough for me to follow through.
So, through my current personal journey of discovery and “becoming my best self”, I want to share what I have found and has worked for me. It may well work for you, too. That's my reward: knowing that I somehow helped someone in their own path to becoming. "Becoming is better than being" - Carol Dweck

I tend to forget doing things for my health. Let’s say, drinking a full glass of water as soon as I get up… or before even preparing breakfast. The solution? Well, these three strategies helped me greatly: "Piling on a habit", "Keeping Track" and "The Power of I am". Which one works for you?
