This blog is meant to prove that eating healthy foods isn't torture, it can actually be REALLY GOOD (if you make it good)! Out of my own experience, I feel so much better about myself, and alot less guilty when I eat whole and healthy foods. I am so much more vibrant. I am excited to share what I have discovered about food, that healthy is SO much tastier!

    "Caramel" Bites

    These bite-size snacks are delicious- and guilt free (bonus!). Where as they taste almost identical to chocolate covered caramel bites, they are purely made with foods that are actually good for you!
