Joshua Furr devotes all of his efforts to his job but still finds time to savour the neighbourhood's allure. For instance, Furr knows that those who enjoy college sports should live in the Triangle. He is a genuine sports fan, consistently rooting for the NC State Wolfpack, Duke Blue Devils, and UNC Tar Heels. Living in the Triangle is unlike anywhere else, especially during the college basketball season. He follows all of the big sports teams and adores the commotion of his neighbourhood.
In addition, he puts out a lot of effort to preserve a healthy work-life balance by regularly giving back to the neighbourhood that has long supported him. He is a devout Christian who devotes a lot of time to his local church and participates in several charitable endeavours that benefit the underprivileged. By volunteering his time to numerous charitable groups, he also makes a significant effort to protect the local ecology.
