I hate writing bios. How do I sum up who I am in just a few sentences...
Raised in the church, I call myself a denominational mutt; Charismatic Episcopal Church upbringing, Catholic school, Lutheran school, Assembly of God school, and Nazarene University.
My heart is happiest blending the liturgical with the Spirit-filled.
A "retired" worship leader, but still a full-time worshiper.
Jesus is my "one thing."My Story
Running myself to exhaustion trying to live the "good Christian life" left me distracted and far from God's presence. God got my attention. I stepped off the treadmill of busyness for God and stepped into the quiet of His love.
God faithfully brought me books, music, and a wonderful mentor who taught me what it means to be a pilgrim.
I dove into the lessons left to us by the Desert Mothers and Fathers and learned to seek the Lord above all things. Ancient practices of prayer, scripture reading and movement fill my cup to overflowing.
