Hello! My name is Megan and I am currently residing in Southern Indiana with my partner, Tof. I just got my associates degree, and hope to start at OSU in Spring 2013 in their Horticulture program. I am in the process of buying my first piece of property, hopefully a few acres, where I can try to create a completely self-sustaining lifestyle. I believe that the beaten path in the US is littered with overconsumption and is way too focused on external things. I believe that life is an internal journey, and it is a top priority for me to create a environment that has the level of peace that I need, and the quality of food, air, and freedom that is conducive to self discover and growth. As I create this environment, I will have to do a lot of research, and thought contributing to hubpages would be a good outlet for all of my newfound knowledge. Thank you for reading, and I hope you enjoy my pieces.
