LR Tardy’s story has both success and defeats that were overcome by God, hard work and tenacity. Being raised as a Baptist Minister Granddaughter, she is grounded by an anchor of faith. She is a native of Sunflower, Mississippi, a rural community located in the heart of the Mississippi Delta. She completed her education in the Sunflower Public School System. However, her college matriculation was interrupted by marriage and focusing on raising her children; Althea, Cornelius, Tiffany and Chanz. Let it be known that being a mother is her greatest assignment. God has generously blessed her with 6 beautiful Grammies as she calls them.

After the completion of marriage, she refocused her efforts in building a Brand and Legacy to be shared by all. Education has been a common thread in her family fiber, she continued her education completing degrees: BS in Biology (Delta State University); MS in Counseling Psychology (Capella University) and EdS in Education Administration and Curriculum (Union University). She is a life member to Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Her professional career covers a plethora of experiences Healthcare Administration, Practicing Psychologist, Academic College Dean and District Professional Science Coordinator, Legacy Branding Support. In each of these capacities, she has successfully led the organization to a higher standard of excellence. She is a trailblazer, innovator, and earth shaker.

She is a businesswoman with 3 three-focus areas TEMBC Education, Living-the-Legacy (non profit youth leadership) and Leading Women Rock (self empowerment blog of Leading Ladies). Ladonna believes that everyone should have the opportunity to not only live; but also leave a Legacy of Excellence. This is the Spirit of Excellence that drives her life forward. Growth and development is the cornerstone of ALL her focus. Everyone she meets is viewed with "L" standard. This trademark requires that they are treated like royalty, with respect and dignity.
