MisterOwl has been taking martial arts for four whole years now. His greatest challenge thus far has been trying to overcome a condition known as hyperlordosis, which hinders his kicks and leg flexibility. His research in muscle flexibility and stretch exercises has helped him develop a routine that has allowed him to witness real results. He hopes that by sharing some of his research he can help others with similar physical issues. MisterOwl has a bachelors degree in Computer Science and Japanese. Other than martial arts, he enjoys a friendly chat about philosophy, politics, and religion over some nice warm herbal tea and honey. He also finds the pewdiepie channel on youtube quite amusing :-)

I will share with you a general overview of techniques you can use to change how you stretch with the routines you already know.
