I'm a 20 year old woman from Florida with a passion for writing and I'm on a journey toward living and eating healthy. I currently weigh 260lbs and I'm 5'4" which makes me obese for my height. I've struggled with my weight for a few years now since I started my first semester in college. A friend suggested I should have a blog where I can document my weightloss journey and maybe help or motivate others in the process. My BMI is currently at 46 and I've started going to the gym and seeing a personal trainer. We've agreed on a 12-month plan of diet and exercise to get me into better shape.
