My story begins as a little toddler. I can remember as far back to the age of two, coloring at my Nanny's house. Nanny is what I called my grandma. She was my best friend. My Nanny, Celia Olivieri, was a stay at home mom and wife. She was an avid animal lover and would not even get a drivers license due to the fear of seeing a dead or wounded animal in the road. So we would take the bus to the mall. She was a stay at home mom to my father, who was adopted. She also took care of her husband who was elderly and injured during his time as a Marine. She didn't have a penny to flip. So when we did crafts, we would make necklaces out of string and elbow macaroni which we colored with markers. My baby strollers and cribs were cardboard boxes. And I could not have grown up happier and more humble. Her house was painted wall to wall pink and it was like a fake flower shop and bedazzling company stored merchandise there. We would make floral arrangements and flowers out of tissues or if we saved up enough .. Real tissue paper! My love of bows and flowers and crafts clearly started here and continued throughout school where I deeply invested myself into art class. Go ahead, ask anyone. Straight A's. Whether it was working with acrylic paint, tempra, charcoal, I could not get enough. I was fortunate enough to have a high school that offered floral arrangement classes. This included wreath design and basic floral arrangement. Fast forward through a medical career in nursing.. I became blessed as a wife and had two wonderful children. My daughter and son were also born with a nack for crafting and love to help Mommy. Unfortunately my children were born with some medical issues and through this I became aware of keeping it simple with diet and products used on the body. Any food I can cook homemade, I do. Chemicals are not welcome in my home. This is where my love of homemade beauty supplies and cleaning supplies began. So whether it be, making a handmade wreath, girly hair bows, blankets or my homemade amazing all natural deodorant and lip balm.. I keep pretty busy. I would love to share my products with you. You can rest assure that my products are well priced and to the highest quality. It's just how I was raised.
