Where I’ve Been
I was born and raised until age 11 in the island of Jamaica. I lived with my mom until she migrated to the US.
I followed my mom to the US some 5-6 years later. Once migrated, I lived in the city of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia PA.
There I attended Middle, High and Business schools as well. I have always had a love for writing songs, poems and creative writing in general.
In my mid-twenties I was blessed to be invited to a Healthy Living-Mind, Body and Soul course at Temple University, where Beverly Medley taught about Live\Raw Foods. As I sat in my first class, I realized the gift I had been given of being able to
sit in on such a wonderful opportunity and although the concept was new to me, it all resonated perfectly aligned. I knew that all my questions that I had asked over the years, we're about to be answered. There I began my journey of love with living foods.
Where I am Now
I am currently raising 7-year-old twin boy and girl in Central Florida. In my spare time, I enjoy writing about Health and Wellness and topics that lift my spirits and inspires mankind to be their best self.
I enjoy teaching live/raw food preparation and how this lifestyle has provided me so many lessons about life, health, and spiritual growth.
I believe the day I was on South Street in Philadelphia and a friend of mine said, hey I am attending a Live/Raw Food course at Temple U., would you like to come, was my destiny to teach and share what I would then discover.
I have taken courses to enhance my writing ability, such as:
•SkillsPath Grammar and Business Writing
•Train the Trainer
Where I am Going
I intend on leaving my mark on this world by never giving up, always reaching for my best each day, and
sharing with those who are aware of living foods and those who have never heard of it.
The willingness to have an open mind offers us access to what would normally not be available.
I will write and write for those whose health is failing and have no idea about what's available for them.
I am overjoyed to share my health and wellness journeys in my writings.

When I say unliving or cooked foods, I am referring to foods that have had most or all of their nutrients and enzymes cooked out of them, above 118°F/48°C.

Raw (or living) foods are foods that are consumed uncooked and unprocessed and are between 92–118°F (33–48°C). Whether you choose to say "raw" or "living," it refers to the same amazingly nutrient-rich foods.
