In 2001 was the year of my slow journey to understanding and applying vital nuturients for my daily consumption. I had this unusual inflamatory flair-ups on my face, so without health insurance and limited income I needed help but no where to turn. However with the help of the internet and some womans intuition the path of following the advice of fixing my diet first before medication became my montra. I have seen so many women get caught up running back and forth to doctors, dermatologist offices to wind up with more issues as a result of medication.
