Hi- I perform magic shows at children's parties as Alexkazam!I first worked with children in France as a "courier" helping run a self drive holiday site, later I worked for a children's adventure company called PGL adventure. This was an intensive, exhausting but thoroughly rewarding experience.
I also managed a holiday playscheme for two seasons of high stress!
I have now combined my love of magic with my experience of working with children to perform at children's parties.
Many magicians wont even consider performing for children's parties it's certainly something you either really like or really dislike! Children can be the most demanding audience but they also happily suspend disbelief and join in the silliness with gusto! In addition to performing magic for children I am interested in a wide variety of things- keeping fit, martial arts (though I stopped due to injury!), gardening, permaculture, recycling and re-using, psychology, music, films, art, collage, and many more!
