My name is Juli. I love food and am an admitted food addict. I've lost a total of 148 lbs in the last 11 years. 105 of that I've lost in the past 2 years. I'm a nurse trying to practice what I preach. I have created my own weight loss system that has been fulfilling and fairly easy to maintain..most days. I've combined the best of all weight loss plans into one incredible weight loss life style. I have not had weight loss surgery and I am active but do not excercise. My friends and family ask me constantly what I eat everyday to lose so much weight (and keep it off). I've told the story of my journey to hundreds of people and it is helping many of my friends lose weight. Instead of telling the story a thousand times, I thought I would take pictures of what I eat and how I think about food and this lifestyle. The good and bad. An honest look at the pain and triumphs through it all. I was 278 lbs at the height of my obsession. I get it. I eat simply, tastefully and with enthusiasm. I'll show you everything I eat everyday. I hope this will inspire others to feel like a beautiful part of life. I want people to be kind to themselves. I had no idea what living felt like. This blog is for everyone who obsesses about weight from the time they get up in the morning until the time they go to bed. This blog is for everyone who wants to know..."What's Juli eating?"
