5 Cutest cat breeds

Updated on February 26, 2013

My list of the top 5 cutest cats with a brief overview of each. This is purely my opinion, i comletely respect and understand any other opinions others may have. If you would like to share leave a comment and I'll be sure to read it

#5 Siberian

This little guy just loves attention. If you want a cat that you can play with or that will sit with you while you watch tv than the siberian is a great pick. Got other pets at home? Great! The siberian gets along great with other pets. Over all this is a calm, fluffy, loveable little cat that anyone in the house can get along with

#4: Pixiebob

The pixiebob is a great choice for a family pet. It gets along great with other pets and children and loves to play. They don't enjoy being left alone for long periods of time and do best with constant companionship (in either human or animal form). They are very loyal and extremely intelligent. They are one of the easier cats to train. So if you are looking for an energetic, social little cat then the pixiebob is just what your looking for

#3: Manx

The manx get along very well with people and animals they have been around for a while but they are often cautious of strangers. If you have new guests constantly at your house, this may not be the cat for you. They are very curious little cats so be weary of leaving small objects around the house as your cat may try to hide it. They are funny little cats with a lot of energy so make sure you can provide something for them to burn energy with such as a scratching post. If your looking for a pet that can be the comedian of the family and loves to play then you just found your match.

#2: Munchkin

The munchkin is a very sociable little cat, emphasis on little. They get along with just about anyone and are fairly low maintenance compared to other breeds. All this cat needs is your love and a bath every now and then and it will be as happy as can be. If you want a cat that isn't afraid to show some love and is slightly less grooming intensive then this little guy is your ideal match.

#1: American shorthair

A very flexible cat. If you want a cat that likes to cuddle and play, then the american shorthair is never opposed. You just want some company to sit across the living room while you watch t.v, then the american shorthair is happy to oblige. This cat can be very affectionate and active but doesn't need to be as long as they are provided with a scratching post. The only thing you have to be weary of is feeding, as some american shorthairs tend to overeat. But if you want an adaptable cat that can fit any living style, then this is your kind of cat

So munchkin is the name of the cat breed... I'd also love to call a cat Munchkin but it would be very obvious. Wonderful hub. I'd love to have all those adorable little felines. Voted up. :)

My favorite is the Savannah Cat - probably not the cutest or definitely not the cheapest but amazing.
