Today Blue Buffalo Dog Food issued a voluntarily recalling for some speicfic dog foods that they produce which are
- BLUE Wilderness Chicken 4.5 lb, 11 lb, 24lb
- BLUE Basics Salmon 11 lb, 24 lb.
- BLUE Large Breed Adult Chicken 30 lb
The reason for the recall is a Vitamin D problem. The wrong amount was added to the selective dog food. The surplus of vitamin D can have a big affect on the dogs that aren't use to it or have no tolerance in their system for it. If you notice different behavior in your dog like increase urination, decrease in appetite or anything else out of the ordinary then please seek Vet help immediately. If you have this dog food stop feeding your dog immediately and take it back to the store for a full refund. Stores shouldn't ask any questions.
