Dog Breeder Murdered 93 Dogs
Get Justice For Dogs Murdered By NY Breeder
Good afternoon readers. Usually I take my time and gather a story together until it's as close to perfection as I can get it. I don't have time to do that for this story as this is urgent. The following has just been posted from Rescue Inks Facebook page about a breeder in Seneca County, NY killing 78 dogs and 15 puppies by carbon monoxide poisoning.
The breeder has admitted he committed the crime and the sheriff has done nothing. I'll let PassionFor AnimalCauses on Facebook take this article from here.
THEIR PLEA FOR HELP
"I need all my animal advocates on this one. Seneca County NY is a rural community and no doubt the Sheriff has some sinister incentive NOT to file charges as the evidence is overwhelming and openly admitted by this Breeder that he did indeed break the law and improperly euthanized 78 dogs and 15 puppies by hooking up an exhaust pipe to a whelping box!!! PLEASE TAKE A FEW MOMENTS TO EMAIL THE SHERIFF OF SENECA COUNTY TO URGE HIM TO BRING CHARGES! ALSO INCLUDED IS THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY OF SENECA COUNTY EMAIL. THE FOLLOWING LETTER IS AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT YOU CAN EMAIL.
SHERIFF: Jack S. Stenberg (315) 220-3200 firstname.lastname@example.org
DISTRICT ATTORNEY BARRY PORSCH District Attorney’s Office 48 West Williams Street Waterloo, NY 13165 Phone: 315-539-1300 Fax: 315-539-0531 E-mail: email@example.com
Dear Sheriff Stenberg and District Attorney Barry Porsch:
We are writing with regard to our concern about David Yoder's Black Diamond Acre Farm and their recent failure of a USDA inspection as well as the fact that this man has broken the law and euthanized by carbon monoxide 78 dogs and 15 puppies! The most recent report issued by the USDA at the inspection of this facility reveals that this place is no friend of the dog (and has not been the past three years of inspections), the man is extremely negligent with the care of the dogs with the report citing many dogs in need of veterinary care and this man should not be allowed to profit from the suffering of companion animals. What is most disturbing about this is in the recent news article exposing this man and his house of puppy horrors and his INHUMANE method of euthanasia that the article cites that the Sheriff's office is investigating but "has not yet decided to bring charges". This is UNACCEPTABLE. The evidence is clear and admitted that this man broke the law and he should have to pay for making these animals suffer. Are either of you aware of how an animal dies by carbon monoxide poisoning? It is a long drawn out and painful way for an animal to be euthanized. Animals panic and start attacking each other, they expel feces, vomit and bodily fluids upon each other and then sometimes do not die after one round of gassing. What would you prefer being stuck in a box to suck in gas and struggle for your last breath or be put to sleep by a needle by a licensed professional where you feel no pain and just go to sleep? Besides what gives this man the right to euthanize that many dogs anyhow? How can he take so many lives in such a barbaric dark age manner and not be held accountable? Not to mention it is this man's gross negligence that caused these dogs to have to be euthanized in the first place because he was not maintaining his facility properly and allowed illness to spread to that many animals. The illness these animals had only prevented them from 'breeding' which is what this greedy individual is exploiting them for in the first place. Who is to say these animals could not have been at least offered to individuals who were willing to treat them with a simple antibiotic that would have cured their ailment? The entire situation is UNACCEPTABLE and I urge you to bring charges IMMEDIATELY against this man and his puppy mill! Do the right thing for the animals of your community and bring justice to the mass grave of bodies left in this man's wake! Animal activists all across the U.S. are watching and will be making noise and monitoring how Seneca County handles this horrific situation. I implore you to make the right statement for New York State and our Country that animal abuse and people that exploit animals for their own gain will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Thank you for your time."

I personally hate the odds that an animal faces when turned into a shelter. We hear about the adoption to euthanazia ratio and wonder what could possibly
