Cat Words

PURRpetrator: An overly aggressive cat who causes all kinds of havoc

CATaclysmic: Curtain climbing comes to mind….and water spilling, china breaking, litter box spillage

CATastrophe: Wall climbing, broken Ming vase, fur balls, unplanned for kittens….

CATatonic: The usual 18 hour daily catnap, images of furry bodies at rest…in your favorite chair, on the computer keyboard, atop the daily newspaper

Cat-Scan:  360 degree sweep of the room by alert, bright eyes which don't miss a thing whether it is a meal, a morsel or a mouse!

CataTONIC: Cream usually reserved for coffee, juice from the tuna can, only the BEST will do.

PURRfect: Just about any kitten, cat and kitty out there in the world

PURRPUSS: The reason we do things, like pet our feline friends, go to the store for kibble and Fancy Feast, buy kitty litter by the ton and keep cute little toys spread all over the floors of the house.

CATcher in the Dry: Tails straight up and faces buried in the dry food container.

CATalyst: The driving force, the all too familiar furry beast and “reason why” behind all of the above.

CATabolic: Sensing your inner workings

Kitty LITTER: Take your pick. Either a plastic pan full of surprises or a basket full of surprises.

Cats’ Cradle: Your lap

Cat-a-log: kitty’s surprise left for you in the litter box

Cat-a-gorey: includes mice…too gruesome to describe

Cats Pajamas: yours, which become kitty’s whether you’re wearing them or not

Catalytic: 2 am frenzied energy scampering around the house on 4 paws chasing ghosts.

Aristocat: self explanatory…..

Autocat: loves to ride with you in your car.

More to come……..

Amy, Hi! I actually was a cat last year...the picture is somewhere in these hubs, I think. Probably not this year...if I can locate the picture(s); I'll post them. Thank you for the comment.

LOL! I loved these and could relate to all of them. I would also recommend CATerwauling: The unearthly god-awful sound that a cat makes between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. that seems to reverberate off every wall in the house.:) I have a wailer...
