My Dog Dreams, Does Yours?

Updated on February 21, 2016

I have a very cute golden retriever. His name is Chester.

Before owning a dog, I never know dog can dream.

Well, his dream is sorta like a nightmare dream. He'll be asleep and then when he's having these ‘dream' or so called nightmare, he'll be making noises in his sleep. Like breathing heavily, making weird sound through his nostril that goes ‘hmmmm hmmmm' as if he's having nightmare. He will fidget his hands and legs during this time too.

Always I will call his name softly to wake him up. He'll open his eyes, stretch and continue his beauty sleep. Hahaha

But other times he will wake up and then continue snoring away but with the weird 'dream' again.

We are accustom to his 'dream' now. Initially it was quite scary as we are not sure what my golden is going through. My dog has been going through this for so many years now. He's a senior alright. So we're kinda cool with it.

My dog never snores. He dreams.

So my question to you is: Does your dog dream?

My dog both snores and sometimes has dreams where she makes noises and kicks her legs a little bit...
