My dog Abby had done well on Iams Low Residue but I was fed up after hearing there was a recall on the dry food. Then i made homemade food without wheat and beef (a recipe from Dr. Pitcairn's book) but with other quality grains and proteins (mostly milk and cheese). Abby did not do as well on the homemade diet so now I am feeding her Purina's EN and she is doing really well. As concerned as I am about the low quality ingredients in these commerical foods, they seem to really help all her symptoms. In your experience, though, have you found something else just as helpful that is "high quality"?
