We have three Beagles.
Two are females, Hannah and Annie, that we got at the local animal shelter about a year apart. They are tri-color Beagles. Hannah is a saint among dogs and Annie is a ham who should be on a calendar. The girls were approximately three years old when we got them. Hannah is suppose to be the oldest, but we think Annie is really older.
The third is a lemon and while male, name Sammy, that we purchased as a puppy at of all places, a flea market. He is full of energy, age four now, but has the most horrible bark of any dog I ever heard. However, he is a family member. He adopted my son, who was in a near fatal auto accident several years ago. He is a real part of the family--and he protects his two "sisters." The are all 13 inch beagles.
