Do you remember seeing a detailed report rating cat foods wet & dry 1 to 10 (best to worst)?

It was based on absence of toxic additives such as you have described. It flagged pet food makers that had recalls & suits pending. The report could single out a single flavor in a brand name line of wet (or dry) cat food that was actually good while the rest of the line were considered near poisonous. I cannot remember who published the report. Does any of this sound familiar? I wish I could find it again.
