Those who do not clean up after their dog should not have one.
I walk every single morning, and I greet many dog walkers. Most of them clean up after their dog, and they do not leave the bag. However, there are one or two who do not.
I circle a church parking lot with woods on its left behind a metal rail. Each day I notice, along the grass, someone has left their dog remains. It really annoys me because I walk just as it is getting daylight. It's obvious to me that this person deliberately walks his/her dog in the dark so as not to be noticed. Right there, it tells me the person KNOWS he/she is being inconsiderate. It's just plain wrong.
Anyone who has stepped in dog dirt knows how aggravating it can be to clean it up off your shoes/sneakers - not to mention the terrible odor. Years ago my husband and I owned a new red oldsmobile that we loved. Someone had let their dog leave a huge pile in the road. When I got home, all the tires, and around the rim of the car were covered with this mushy brown mess. I was furious.
I've always considered that incident an analogy which is this: The reason the world is in such bad shape is because good people end up having to clean up the messes of self-centered, lazy, inconsiderate people.
To answer your question, it is more annoying when someone does not take the time to pick up after their dog. Blessings, Sparklea
