When you say your rabbit smells bad, do you mean the poo? A rabbit itself wouldn't smell as they don't have sweat glands.
Rabbits are very clean animals and they don't smell. It's their pee that would smell as it has higher ammonia content.
It's important to clean up after your pet, like you would with any pet. You can use vinegar to clean the cage areas. Don't use any cleaning products. Just dish soap and water.
As for cleaning the rabbit itself, rabbits do not need baths. In fact, they don't like water, unless it's for drinking. If a rabbit has diarrhea then you would bathe the butt area only.
