Does God listen to our prayers when our pets are sick or injured?

I have always wondered if God takes the time to listen to our prayers for a pet. I like to think He does.

Oh, Eric, you are so right. Being able to pray has saved me many hours with a shrink. I just talk it over with God, and I feel better.

Stella, I believe God loves our pets. I can't remember reading about dogs in the Bible, though.

You are so sweet to think and pray for my little dog, Baby. She is coping with her blindness much better than I am. I ask God to please give me the strength and wisdom to know what to do for her. I end my prayers "Thy will be done".

We may not with what God is telling us today, but it seems to me that later on, His answer will be revealed. By loving and taking care of my newly blinded dog has taught me more patience and caring. Thanks so much.

People seem to forget God created ALL creatures and just like the little sparrow, He watches over them.
