One bit of advice is to slow down her eating by holding the food bowl yourself. At feeding time, ask the dog to wait calmly for the food first, then hold the bowl at chin level so they can eat. After a few bites, lift the bowl and hold it, making the dog wait again. Do this until they are done eating.
As for food stealing, this is probably caused by an underlying problem, perhaps anxiety. Teaching the dog that YOU control when they eat and how much can help quell these anxieties. Ask a local trainer some exercises to try if the above feeding ritual doesn't help.
