I was wondering what your guys favorite animal is? please post promptly!
I have loved pigs since I was a little girl. They have butt cheeks. I have always thought pig butts were hilarious.
I agree, pits are a great breed of dog, i own one mysel. yours is a cutie
Domestic: Cats.
Wild: Tigers (guess they're cats too, aren't they?)
yes they are cats! and i love pits two i have 4 of them!
Just gotta love those Karen terriers!
Played "toto" in wizard of oz!

I'm a fan of dogs.
I just got a new puppy named "Lucky" last Sunday he's awesome.
Half Lashaapso <--- however you spell that and half Poodle.
He's awesome
I'm sad to say my favourite animal is no longer a dog. ONE HOUR after a trip to the pet store for new toys...... we had this...
My favorite animal would probably be a Horse because when they run there tail and main is flying in the wind.... lol
You asked for it, and it's not any of my many pets. My favorite animal is the cow. From her I can get milk, cream, butter, cheeses for years by the gallons, and hundred weights. When she is too old and used up I get hide for many uses, ox tail soup, bologna, sausages, tongue, filet mignon, t-bones, burgers, stew, smoked jerky, gelatine, head cheese, various roasts, and one of my personal favorites West Texas Style Brisket. All the rest of her is fed to pets and or made into fertilizer.
I think you get the idea.
I have made ox tail soup several times but not lately- very good.
My favorite animal (among many I like) is a rabbit- specifically lop ears.
I have owned them for most of my life and they are so, so,so soft! Not to mention very loving and friendly. If your looking for a quiet pet- this is the way to go.
My favorite animal is a cow too! But I'm a vegetarian so it's obviously not for the same reasons as you Haha. At least we have something in common
Reminds me of a Green Jello song.."Obey the cow GOD!"

Dogs! Specifically Yellow Labs.. not sure I'll ever have anything else after the last 7 years with my buddy lying on my foot right now.
Great personality... fun, charming, loyal.. an opportunist, but quick to apologize for the trouble he gets in to.
Siamese Cat!
My very favorite pet, even since I was little was my siamese cat named Chatter Pants (Siamese are notrious for their meow, and he was a talker). He went out to play one day and just never came back, I think someone stole him, people were always asking me if I was going to breed him and how friendly he was. But what an awesome animal he was!
Always been fascinated by ants - they're organized, have a social structure, can walk on all horizontal/vertical/upside down surfaces, some can even fly etc. They remind me of humans. When a few of them die, they all gather round and fuss about around the scene then after a while they all disappear. Just like us, if there is a crime scene we all flock around to have a look and then get on with it...
well my personal favorite is a German Shepherd.
But if this is a question on any animal or bird...I would say EL AGUILA...eagle.
I wouldn't want to keep it for it is made to be free but I love eagles!
I like all kinds of animals and understand most of there purpose and needs. I love Cats though--all of them, domestic and wild. They are sleek and friendly. They really do appreciate it when they are loved and that could mean just a look or a pet or anything in between.
It's kind of weird how i have begun to be intersted in Possums. I watche them come up on the deck to eat whaever food the cats have not eaten. They are not afraid of me and psychically I have told them not to fear me, but when they need to get off the deck I will use a broom to slowly push them off. At first I thought they were the ugliest things in the woods, but now I watch them and just enjoy their company. I would never make them a pet and my husband can't for the life of him understand animals at all---nor my affinity and selfless love towards them.
I love all animals, but especially cats. I have three cats right now- a rescued Tuxedo, a Bengal, and a Maine Coon. My absolute favorite cat is the tiger - they are such interesting and beautiful creatures. Cats are graceful (except for two that I've had that are klutzy), and just beautiful creatures. Most of the time they make little noise, are fairly maintenance free, and quite entertaining.
I also had tropical fish for many years. I loved having my 125 gallon marine tank and mini reef- paradise in my living room! It was such a pleasure to have such beautiful, colorful fish- very relaxing. I had to give up the big tank because of a bad back - it was a sad day when it was sold, but the fish are getting better care now.
Blue Whale. Why? The tongue weighs as much as a full grown male elephant.
Screw hung like an elephant, its probably hung like a titanic.
My favourite animal is the rat. I was born in '84, and I am a rat, but besides that...they're loyal, affectionate, intelligent, and clean.
All the benefits of a cat or dog...but even smaller and quieter.

Dogs, Pit Bulls to be exact, they are so misunderstood. Depicted as monster yet they are such sweet loving creatures.
See, there's a way of manifesting reality. You love, therefore, they are.
Peace,
G|M
My favorite animal is the black bear - I have seen a few in the wild and it always feels like a gift. They are almost magical. They just disappear into the woods or swamp without making a sound. I have about eight hours of video a woman in eastern NC made of bears and there is some amazing stuff on there - in fact you've given me an idea for an article!
My favorite domestic animal is the horse, or course. Arabians to be specific for their beauty and intelligence.
If I had to pick a favorite, I would say dogs we have 2 Cocker Spaniels that we love to pieces and growing up we always had German Sheperds. Dogs are fun loving and protective animals. I love all animals in general.
Mine is the Giraffe, because they have long beautiful necks.
My son has pet rats that have become the favored family pets... they are smart, sociable and, believe it or not, very loving. They can be potty trained and will will come when you call them.
Blue rats are extremely friendly and sweet.
Finally, someone else who knows the pleasure of owning the smallest dog breed.

Squirrels, I love watching them. And have you ever seen a pissed-off squirrel that sits on a tree branch and just screams repeatedly? I mean, I'm sorry they're upset and all, but it's REALLY funny when when they do that!
No favourites. Definite 'never in a month of sundays' pet would be a spider.
Have owned cats, dogs, horses, rabbits, hamsters, birds, fish, ferrets, rats.
Cats - love their superiority. It's ingrained.
Dogs - you just gotta love 'em. They don't care if you're gone five minutes or five hours. You're still welcomed with the full canine fanfare.
Horses - ain't pets and the ones I've owned have always been part mule anyway.
Rabbits - a benign, if cute looking animal.
Hamsters - ditto above.
Birds - loved far more by my cats than me, for some reason.
Fish - ditto above.
Ferrets - funniest things ever created. Apart from toothpicks.
Rats - really really cool pets. My middle son lived happily with his rat in his bed for three years. I didn't live happily with it - having your son telling random folks he slept with a rat wasn't cute and got me reported. Oh, and it gnawed through three sets of bedding. It saw off the felines though, no matter how well they stalked/ambushed/sneaked up on him. Pure class.
Dogs are my favorite.
I like betta fish too, but they can't compete with dogs.
My favorites are cats, dogs and rats. I used to think rats were a bit creepy, especially their tails, but we've had 2 for a few years and I love them. They're surprisingly good pets. Can't beat a great dog, though. I'll always have a special place in my heart for cats since I grew up around them.
Wild animals: I'm all about cheetahs.
Horses have been and always will be. Nothing like feeling their power beneath you as you gallop across a field or negotiate a course of jumps or even just take a quiet ride through the woods. I think the horse is the most majestic creature that God ever created.
Chimpanzees, I love looking into their eyes, there's so much going on inside their heads.
Jackson's Chameleons are fantastic animals, but they're hard to keep as pets. I had Veiled Chameleons when I was younger and they really make very intriguing pets. I'm not much for furry but a good dog will melt my heart.
I am a dog lover, my favorite breeds are boston terriers and pit bulls. I love animals in general but dogs just have a special place in my heart, they are sometimes better friends than some humans.
my favorite animal is the Tiger, first for the beautiful features and mane, and because female tigers are fierce.
