My favorite dog breed is the White German Shepherd. On this lens you will find 24 White German Shepherd Dogs, adoptable, adorable, and beautiful German Shepherds. This White Shepherd rescue group goes by the name Echo Dogs. If you are planning to adopt a dog, the White German Shepherd is a noble breed that will make a wonderful new family member for you and your family. Take a look at the pictures of these rescue dogs who are looking for that special someone who wants to take them home. Some of the dogs in these pictures will make you stop and take a second look, then a third ... and you might just find the "right" one.
I know quite a bit about this breed since I lived with one for 12 and 1/2 years. I first saw my puppy when he was three weeks old, his breeder sent me a picture and it was love at first sight. My dog was the perfect dog for me, he could do no wrong in my eyes and we both knew it. The best part is, he never pushed it. His name was Pharaoh, and he was the best behaved dog I ever had. I never had to tell him to get off the furniture ... when I would put him on my sofa he would jump right off. When he first came to my house he missed his litter mates and mother. I slept with my hand in his crate every night. Does that seem excessive? During his puppy days he chewed one shoe, was easy to house train and didn't give me any of the usual problems that come with a puppy. He filled me with great joy every day.
With this in mind I do have to say that my beautiful dog did come with some problems, none of his own making. He had a couple health issues that I could have done without, but if I had to do it all over again, I'd would in a second.
This is a picture of my boy at the beach. He's a looker, don't you agree? If you are ready, willing, and able to give one of these dogs a forever home, click on one of the links that will take you to visit the Echo Dogs website and pick your new best friend out. You will be giving a sweet dog the help and home it needs and you will be getting the gift of love back in return, both are priceless!
Do Your Dog Breed Homework - Find Out What Breed Of Dog Fits Your Lifestyle
Is a White German Shepherd Dog the right dog for your family and lifestyle? Each dog breed has some wonderful qualities to offer a person, find out which dog breed fits your lifestyle. I like a German Shepherd, specifically the white one. There are many traits that a Shepherd has that another breed doesn't have. Some of my favorite traits are their soft and gentle personality, the White Shepherd is an active and strong dog who likes to exercise and they also like a challenge. My White German Shepherd was so intelligent, and he was extremely loyal. He loved to herd other dogs, it was always fun to see him herding my daughter's dogs when they were all in the yard. It was very easy to train my dog, he wanted to please and he was a quick learner.
It's in memory of my beautiful dog that I write this lens. I wish I could adopt all the sweet dogs on this page. If they are as loyal and loving as my boy was, they will make you the most wonderful pet and companion ever. My dog was so special, I would not trade my time with him for any amount of money. When you connect with that one special animal it's like a miracle come true. I can only hope each one of you can someday find a pet to connect with that is as sweet and giving as my boy was. Perhaps you can find the perfect dog to adopt on this page. It's full of beautiful White German Shepherds of all ages, take a look at them and see if one of them doesn't spark your interest. Good luck!
There are some not so great things that a German Shepherd dog comes with. They shed, shed, shed. The German Shepherd has a double coat and they do tend to shed a lot, so that means they require a lot of grooming. White German Shepherds can be fearful, they need to be socialized when they are young, and that's important. You don't want a dog to bite someone out of fear. They do need lots of exercise and mental stimulation, a bored Shepherd is going to get into trouble.
Take the good and bad things about a breed into consideration before you buy a puppy or adopt a dog. You can't change the dog's traits, so make sure you get a dog who's traits you can live with.
Find out all about the White Shepherd Dog and see if this beautiful animal is right for you.

Why You Should Adopt A Dog
There are some great dogs out there in the big world, and they don't have a home, and they don't have a forever family. How sad a fact that is. These animals have been abandoned, dumped, because they were too much trouble, some have had their owners die, or someone in the family developed allergies, there are all kinds of reasons why dogs end up in the pound, on the street, or at a rescue. They are all sad reasons and most of these dogs would make faithful and loving companions.
